37. హతో వా ప్రాప్స్యసి స్వర్గం
జిత్వా వా భోక్ష్యసే మహీమ్ |
తస్మాదుత్తిష్ట కౌన్తేయ
యుద్ధాయ కృతనిశ్చయ: ||
🌷. తాత్పర్యం :
ఓ కుంతీ తనయా! నీవు యుద్ధరంగమున చంపబడి స్వర్గమును పొందుతటయో లేక యుద్దమును జయించి రాజ్యమును అనుభవించుటయో జరుగగలదు. కావున కృతనిశ్చయుడవై లేచి యుద్ధము చేయుము.
🌻. భాష్యము :
తన పక్షమున జయము కలుగనున్న నిశ్చయము లేకున్నను అర్జునుడు యుద్దమును చేయవలసియే యున్నది. ఏలయన అట్టి యుద్ధమునందు మరణించినను అతడు స్వర్గలోకములను పొందగలడు.

🌴 Chapter 2 - Sankhya Yoga - 37 🌴
37. hato vā prāpsyasi svargaṁ jitvā vā bhokṣyase
mahīm tasmād uttiṣṭha kaunteya yuddhāya kṛta-niścayaḥ
🌻 Translation :
O son of Kuntī, either you will be killed on the battlefield and attain the heavenly planets, or you will conquer and enjoy the earthly kingdom. Therefore, get up with determination and fight.
🌻 Purport :
Even though there was no certainty of victory for Arjuna’s side, he still had to fight; for, even being killed there, he could be elevated into Heavenly planets
