11. బలం బలవతాం చాహం కామరాగవివర్జితమ్ |
ధర్మావిరుద్ధో భూతేషు కామో(స్మి భరతర్షభ ||
🌷. తాత్పర్యం :
ఓ భరతవంశశ్రేష్టుడా! బలవంతులలోని కామరాగ రహితమైన బలమును మరియు ధర్మ నియమములకు విరుద్ధము కానటువంటి సంభోగమును నేనే అయియున్నాను.
🌷. భాష్యము :
బలవంతుడైనవాని బలము ఎల్లప్పుడును బలహీనులను రక్షించుటకే వినియోగపడవలెను గాని స్వలాభము కొరకు కాదు. అదే విధముగా ధర్మానుసారముగా నుండెడి మైథునసుఖము కేవలము సంతానప్రాప్తికే గాని అన్యమునకు కాదు. అటు పిమ్మట సంతానము కృష్ణభక్తిభావనాయుతులుగా చేయుట తల్లిదండ్రుల బాధ్యతయై యున్నది.

🌴 Chapter 7 - Jnana Yoga - 11 🌴
11. balaṁ balavatāṁ cāhaṁ kāma-rāga-vivarjitam
dharmāviruddho bhūteṣu kāmo ’smi bharatarṣabha
🌷 Translation :
I am the strength of the strong, devoid of passion and desire. I am sex life which is not contrary to religious principles, O lord of the Bhāratas [Arjuna].
🌹 Purport :
The strong man’s strength should be applied to protect the weak, not for personal aggression. Similarly, sex life, according to religious principles (dharma), should be for the propagation of children, not otherwise. The responsibility of parents is then to make their offspring Kṛṣṇa conscious.
