23. రుద్రాణాం శంకరశ్చాస్మి విత్తేశో యక్షరక్షసామ్ |
వసూనాం పావకశ్చాస్మి మేరు: శిఖరిణామహమ్ ||
🌷. తాత్పర్యం :
నేను రుద్రులలో శివుడను, యక్ష, రాక్షసులలో కుబేరుడను, వసువులలో అగ్నిని, పర్వతములలో మేరువును అయి యున్నాను.
🌷. భాష్యము :
రుద్రులు పదునొకండుగురు కలరు. వారిలో శివుడు (శంకరుడు) ముఖ్యమైనవాడు. అతడు ఈ విశ్వమునందు భగవానుని తమోగుణావతారము. యక్ష, రాక్షసుల నాయకుడైన కుబేరుడు దేవతల కోశాధిపతి. అతడు దేవదేవుని ప్రతినిధి. సమృద్ధియైన ప్రకృతి సపదలకు మేరుపర్వతము మిక్కిలి ప్రసిద్ధము.

🌴 Chapter 10 - Vibhuti Yoga - 23 🌴
23. rudrāṇāṁ śaṅkaraś cāsmi vitteśo yakṣa-rakṣasām
vasūnāṁ pāvakaś cāsmi meruḥ śikhariṇām aham
🌷 Translation :
Of all the Rudras I am Lord Śiva, of the Yakṣas and Rākṣasas I am the Lord of wealth [Kuvera], of the Vasus I am fire [Agni], and of mountains I am Meru.
🌹 Purport
There are eleven Rudras, of whom Śaṅkara, Lord Śiva, is predominant. He is the incarnation of the Supreme Lord in charge of the mode of ignorance in the universe. The leader of the Yakṣas and Rākṣasas is Kuvera, the master treasurer of the demigods, and he is a representation of the Supreme Lord. Meru is a mountain famed for its rich natural resources.
