10. మయాధ్యక్షేణ ప్రకృతి: సూయతే సచరాచరమ్ |
హేతునానేన కౌన్తేయ జగద్విపరివర్తతే ||
🌷. తాత్పర్యం :
ఓ కౌంతేయా! నా శక్తులలో ఒకటైన భౌతికప్రకృతి నా అధ్యక్షతన వర్తించుచు స్థావరజంగమములను సృష్టించుచున్నది. దాని నియమము ననుసరించియే ఈ జగత్తు మరల మరల సృష్టించబడుచు లయము నొందుచున్నది.
🌷. భాష్యము :
భౌతికజగత్తు కర్మలకు దూరముగా నున్నప్పటికి శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుడే సర్వమునకు పరమాధ్యక్షుడని ఇచ్చట స్పష్టముగా తెలుపబడినది. ఈ సృష్టి వెనుక నున్న దివ్యసంకల్పము మరియు పూర్వరంగము ఆ దేవదేవుడే. కాని దాని నిర్వహణము మాత్రము భౌతికప్రకృతిచే కొనసాగించబడుచుండును. వివిధరూపములలో, జాతులలో నున్న సర్వజీవులకు తాను తండ్రినని శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుడు భగవద్గీత యందే తెలిపియున్నాడు. సంతానము కొరకై తండ్రి తల్లి యందు బీజప్రదానము చేయునట్లు, భగవానడు కేవలము తన చూపు ద్వారా జీవులను ప్రకృతి గర్భములలో బీజరూపమున ఉంచగా వారు తమ పూర్వకోరికలు, కర్మల ననుసరించి వివిధరూపములలో మరియు జాతులలో జన్మింతురు. జీవులందరును శ్రీకృష్ణ భగవానుని వీక్షణము చేతనే జన్మించినను, తమ కర్మానుసారము మరియు కోరికల ననుసరించి వివిధ దేహములను పొందవలసివచ్చును. అనగా యా భగవానునికి ఈ భౌతికసృష్టితో ఎట్టి ప్రత్యక్ష సంబంధము లేదు. కేవలము అతని వీక్షణము చేతనే ప్రభావితమై సమస్తము శీఘ్రమే సృష్టింపబడుచున్నది.
ప్రకృతిపై భగవానుడు దృష్టి సారించుచున్నందున సృష్టి విషయమున అతడు కర్మనొనరించుచున్నాడన్న విషయము సందేహరహితమైనను, భౌతికజగత్తు వ్యక్తీకరణమునందు మాత్రము అతనకి ప్రత్యక్ష సంబంధముండదు. ఈ విషయమున స్మృతి ఒక చక్కని ఉపమానమును ఒసగుచున్నది. సువాసన కలిగిన పుష్పము మనుజూని ముందున్నప్పుడు దాని సుగంధము అతని ఘ్రాణశక్తిని చేరినను, మనుజుని ఘ్రాణశక్తి మరియు పుష్పములు ఒకదాని నుండి వేరొకటి విడివడియే యుండును. భౌతికజగత్తు మరియు భగవానుని నడుమగల సంబంధము సైతము ఇట్టిదియే. వాస్తవమునకు భౌతికజగత్తులో ఎట్టి సంబంధము లేకున్నను అతడు తన వీక్షణముచే దానిని సృష్టించి నియమించును. సారాంశమేమనగా శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుని అధ్యక్షత లేనిదే ప్రకృతి ఏమియును చేయజాలదు. అయినను ఆ దేవదేవుడు సర్వవిధములైన భౌతికకర్మల యెడ అనాసక్తుడై యుండును.

10 . mayādhyakṣeṇa prakṛtiḥ sūyate sa-carācaram
hetunānena kaunteya jagad viparivartate
🌷 Translation :
This material nature, which is one of My energies, is working under My direction, O son of Kuntī, producing all moving and nonmoving beings. Under its rule this manifestation is created and annihilated again and again.
🌹 Purport :
It is clearly stated here that the Supreme Lord, although aloof from all the activities of the material world, remains the supreme director. The Supreme Lord is the supreme will and the background of this material manifestation, but the management is being conducted by material nature. Kṛṣṇa also states in Bhagavad-gītā that of all the living entities in different forms and species, “I am the father.” The father gives seeds to the womb of the mother for the child, and similarly the Supreme Lord by His mere glance injects all the living entities into the womb of material nature, and they come out in their different forms and species, according to their last desires and activities. All these living entities, although born under the glance of the Supreme Lord, take their different bodies according to their past deeds and desires. So the Lord is not directly attached to this material creation. He simply glances over material nature; material nature is thus activated, and everything is created immediately.
Because He glances over material nature, there is undoubtedly activity on the part of the Supreme Lord, but He has nothing to do with the manifestation of the material world directly. There is a similar connection between the material world and the Supreme Personality of Godhead; actually He has nothing to do with this material world, but He creates by His glance and ordains. In summary, material nature, without the superintendence of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, cannot do anything. Yet the Supreme Personality is detached from all material activities.
